Dates & Nuts Laddoo Recipe

Here we have guilt free dessert! Perfect combination of nuts blended all together with sweetness from dates.

1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Cashewnut (Chopped)

1/2 Cup(82.0 gm) Dates (Paste)
ingredients
1 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Pista (Chopped)
ingredients
1 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Walnut (Chopped)
ingredients
1 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Almond(Chopped)
ingredients
1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Khas Khas
ingredients
1 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Ghee
  • Take a pan and heat 1/2 tbsp ghee, add 1 tbsp poppy seeds. Allow to crackle. Remove from the flame.

  • Then add 1/2 tbsp ghee,1 tbsp chopped walnut, 1 tbsp chopped almond,1 tbsp chopped pistachio,1 tbsp chopped cashew nut.

  • Roast till golden brown.

  • Remove in a bowl.

  • In a bowl add 1/2 cup grounded dates, roasted poppy seeds, roasted nuts.

  • Mix well.

  • Make Ladoo

  • Serve. Enjoy.
