Dates and Anjeer barfi is very easy to make and is very nutritious. It is very healthy as it has no added sugar and is loaded with dry fruits and nuts.
Take 1/4th cup of dry dates, coarsely blend and keep aside.
Heat 1.5 tsp ghee in a frying pan at a low flame, add 1 tsp chopped almonds, 1 tsp chopped cashew nuts, 1 tsp chopped pista and 2 tbsp chopped fig.
Roast until golden brown and keep aside.
Take a mixing bowl, add previously grounded 1/4th cup of dates, previously roasted nuts and mix well using a spoon.
Make small balls and transfer to a serving platter.
Garnish with sliced nuts.
