These bliss balls are super easy and quick to make. It is made with combination of nuts and dates. They're yummy and loaded rich in fiber, protein and omega 3.

  • In a blender, 1/4th cup chopped dates, 1 tbsp chopped walnut, 1 tbsp Chopped Almond, 1/4th tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp maple syrup.

  • Blend well.
