2 Chopped Tbsp(9.0 gm) Walnut

2 Chopped Tbsp(11.0 gm) Almond

1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Maple Syrup

1/8 Tsp(0.55 gm) Cinnamon

1/4 Chopped Cup(41.0 gm) Dates
In a blender, 1/4th cup chopped dates, 1 tbsp chopped walnut, 1 tbsp Chopped Almond, 1/4th tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp maple syrup.
Blend well.
Make small balls.
