1/2 Powder Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Elaichi
10 Number(7.0 gm) Raisin
2 Chopped Tbsp(20.0 gm) Cashewnut
1/2 Chopped Cup(122.0 gm) Dates
2 Tbsp(30.0 gm) Nestle Milkmaid Ghee
200 Gm(200.0 gm) Nestlé Milkmaid
3 Cup(613.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
Boil 3 cups NESTLÉ Milk with 3/4th cup dates; simmer for 5 minutes mashing the dates well.
Add 1/2 tin NESTLÉ Milkmaid Sweetened Nestlé Milkmaid to taste and continue cooking on a medium heat for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle 1/2 tsp cardamom powder, stir well and remove from
heat. Pour into a serving bowl.
Heat 2 tbsp NESTLÉ ghee in a pan, add 2 tbsp chopped cashew nuts, when they turn golden brown add 10 raisins.
Pour this over the payasam and serve warm /cold
