Boil 3 cups NESTLÉ a+ Milk with 3/4 cup chopped dates; simmer for 5 minutes mashing the dates well.
- Step 2
Add 200g NESTLÉ Milkmaid and continue cooking on medium heat for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle 1/2 tsp green elaichi powder, stir well and remove from

heat. Pour into a serving bowl.
- Step 5
Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan, add 2 tbsp chopped cashew nuts, when they turn golden brown add 10 raisins.
- Step 6
Pour this over the payasam and serve warm /cold.
- Step 7
Give a Nestle Twist by adding almonds.
