- Step 1 Heat a pressure cooker with 1 tbsp ghee, add 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp hing, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1.5 tbsp chopped carrot and sauté well.
- Step 2 Add 2.5 tbsp soaked daliya, 2 tbsp soaked moong dal and 1/4 tsp salt for taste.
- Step 3 Pour water as required and mix well
- Step 4 Pressure cook until 3 whistles
- Step 5 Once the pressure releases, fluff the khichdi gently.
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding coriander leaves
- Step 7 Serve warm.
