200.0 Ml(200.0 ml) Water
  • Take a pressure cooker and heat 2 tsp ghee

  • To that, add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp hing, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum and 1 tbsp chopped carrot. Sauté well.

  • Once mixed well, add 1/4 cup soaked dalia, 1/3rd cup soaked moong dal and 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.

  • Then add water as required and pressure cook till 2 whistles.

  • Serve hot.
