1 Tbsp(17.0 gm) Moong Dal
1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Tomato(Chopped)
1 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion(Chopped)
1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Capsicum(Chopped)
1 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Carrot(Chopped)
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1/4 Tsp(0.74 gm) Hing
1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly(Powder)
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2 Tsp(8.0 gm) Ghee
As Required(100.0 ml) Water
  • Soak 1 tbsp moong dal and 3 tbsp dalia and keep aside.

  • Take a pressure cooker and heat 2 tsp ghee

  • To that, add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/4th tsp hing, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum and 1 tbsp chopped carrot. Sauté well.

  • Once mixed well, add 1/4th cup soaked dalia, 1/3rd cup soaked moong dal and 1/4th tsp salt, Mix well.

  • Then add water as required and pressure cook till 2 whistles.

  • Serve hot.
