Soak 1 tbsp moong dal and 3 tbsp dalia and keep aside.
Take a pressure cooker and heat 2 tsp ghee
To that, add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/4th tsp hing, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum and 1 tbsp chopped carrot. Sauté well.
Once mixed well, add 1/4th cup soaked dalia, 1/3rd cup soaked moong dal and 1/4th tsp salt, Mix well.
Then add water as required and pressure cook till 2 whistles.
