- Step 1 Heat a kadhai with 1 tbsp oil, add 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion and saute until soft
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 2 tbsp chopped french beans, 1 tbsp peas, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste and let it cook
- Step 3 Season with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and mix well
- Step 4 Add cooked dalia and mix everything together and cook until all flavors combine well
- Step 5 Garnish with 1 tsp coriander leaves.
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding lemon juice
- Step 7 Serve warm
