Steps
- Step 1
Pressure cook 1/4th cup tur dal and keep aside.
- Step 2
Boil 1/2 cup diced pumpkin and keep aside.
- Step 3
Take a kadhai and heat 1/2 tsp oil.
- Step 4
Add 1/4 tsp rai, 4 kadi pattas, 1/8 tsp hing and 1 tsp chopped garlic. Mix well.
- Step 5
Once mixed, add cooked pumpkin, cooked tur dal and mix it well.
- Step 6
Now, add 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, water as required and stir well.
- Step 7
Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 8
Finally add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 9
Serve hot.
