1.0 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(13.0 gm) Tomato
1.0 Tsp(5.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1.0 Number(0.75 gm) Red Chilly
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Jeera
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(0.74 gm) Hing
0.13 Powder Tsp(0.27 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/2 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Ghee
100.0 Ml(100.0 ml) Water
  • In a pan, add 1 tbsp ghee, add 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp hing, 1 dry red chilli, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato and 1/4 tsp haldi.

  • Saute it well and add this tempering to dal.

  • Serve it hot along with rice.
