Dal soup is good source of proteins for vegetarians.This is a simple and wholesome dish as we get the goodness of so many pulses in a single bowl. Served with phuilka, parantha or rice.
In a kadai, heat 1 tsp Butter, add 1/4 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tsp chopped garlic and saute.
Add 2 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 2 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp turmeric powder, powder, dal & bottle gourd puree and mix,1/8th tsp black pepper
Now add water, bring to a boil and serve.
