An Indian flatbread made with wheat flour and combine with Moong dal makes this recipe high in protein, fiber and calorie dense.
In a Bowl, Add 1/4 cup Wheat Flour, Cooked moong Dal, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped garli, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp salt.
Add water and knead a dough.
Roll out dough using a rolling pin.
Heat a pan, roast paratha on both the sides making sure it turns golden brwon.
Apply 1/2 tsp oil.
Serve with ketchup.
