Dal Paratha Recipe

An Indian flatbread made with wheat flour and combine with Moong dal makes this recipe high in protein, fiber and calorie dense.

1/4 Cup(36.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)

2 Tsp(9.0 gm) Moong Dal
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic(Chopped)
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Ginger(Chopped)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil

As Required(30.0 ml) Water
  • In a Bowl, Add 1/4 cup Wheat Flour, Cooked moong Dal, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped garli, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp salt.

  • Add water and knead a dough.

  • Roll out dough using a rolling pin.

  • Heat a pan, roast paratha on both the sides making sure it turns golden brwon.

  • Apply 1/2 tsp oil.

  • Serve with ketchup.
