- Step 1 Prepare a stuffing by mixing 4 tbsp boiled moong dal, 1/2 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 cup chopped methi leaves.
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 3 Divide the dough into equal parts and roll each into a round shape.
- Step 4 Place the dal stuffing in the center, seal the edges, and gently roll into a round paratha.
- Step 5 Heat a tawa and roast the paratha using 1.5 tsp ghee until cooked and light brown.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
