- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera and let it crackle.
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli and 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1/8 tsp of hing and 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1.5 tbsp of chopped onion and saute well.
- Step 3 To this, add 1/4 tsp each of salt and haldi, 1/8 cup cooked tur dal, 1.5 tbsp chopped tomatoes and mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 4 Finally, add 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp cream and garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated coconut.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
