- Step 1
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pressure cooker and add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 green elaichi, 1/2 inch cinnamon stick, 1 bay leaf, 1/4 cup julienne onions and saute well. Once onions turn translucent add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute again.
- Step 2
Add 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp dhania powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp chaat masala, 1/4 tsp garam masala powder and mix well.
- Step 3
Add little water and 75 gm minced mutton and mix well.
- Step 4
Add soaked chana dal, 1/2 tsp salt, little more water and mix it again.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 6
Mix all the ingredients well, cover the cooker and allow it to cook till 4 whistles. Add 1/2 tsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 7
Serve hot with chapatti or rice.
