Dal Gosht is a traditional Indian recipe made with mutton and a mix of pulses. provides a good amount of protein, carbs, vitamin, minerals and healthy fats. Goes perfectly with rice or naan.
Boil 50gms of mutton, 2 tbsp chana dal and ½ tbsp masoor dal.
For brown onion Fry ½ cup onion till it turns golden brown.
For Dal Gosht
Take a pan and heat 2 tsp oil add 1/2 of prepared brown onions,1 tsp ginger garlic paste,2 tbsp chopped tomatoes and saute till tomato turns mushy.
Add 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala,1/8th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp salt and saute till oil separates.
Add water as required.
Add boiled chana dal, boiled masoor dal and 50 gm boiled mutton pieces and mix well, add water as required.
Bring to boil and 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tbsp chopped pudina and d remaining brown onions.
