- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1/2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp each of rai and jeera, 3 kadi patta, 1 tbsp each of chopped onions and tomatoes and saute.
- Step 2 Season with 1/4 tsp each of haldi, red chilli powder and mix well.
- Step 3 Add cooked tur dal and mix well again.
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle twist by adding grated coconut
- Step 5 Serve hot with steamed rice.
