  • In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil.

  • Add 1/2 tsp each of rai and jeera and let it crackle.

  • Add 3 kadi patta, 1 tbsp each of chopped onions and tomatoes, and saute well.

  • Add 1/4 tsp each of haldi, red chilli powder and mix well.

  • Now, add cooked tur dal and mix well again..

  • Serve hot with steamed rice.
