1.0 Chopped Tbsp(13.0 gm) Tomato
3.0 Number(0.33 gm) Kadi Patta
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera

70.0 Ml(70.0 ml) Water
In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil.
Add 1/2 tsp each of rai and jeera and let it crackle.
Add 3 kadi patta, 1 tbsp each of chopped onions and tomatoes, and saute well.
Add 1/4 tsp each of haldi, red chilli powder and mix well.
Now, add cooked tur dal and mix well again..
Serve hot with steamed rice.
