- Step 1 Heat a pressure cooker add moong dal, 2 tbsp chopped carrot, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt and add water as required.
- Step 2 Pressure cook for 2 whistles.
- Step 3 Blend the dal and carrot mixture until smooth
- Step 4 Heat a pan with 1 tsp coconut oil, add kadi patta, 1/4 tsp hing and dal carrot mixture.
- Step 5 Simmer until everything combines well
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding sweet corn
- Step 7 Serve warm
