  • In a pan add 1 tsp coconut oil add 3 kadi patta, 1/4th tsp hing, 1/4th tsp haldi

  • Add 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tbsp chopped carrot along with boiled moong dal and water as required. Stir well and cover.

  • Once cooked, take off the flame and pour in a blender. Once a soup like consistency is obtained, transfer to a serving bowl.

  • Garnish with a coriander leaf.

  • Serve hot.
