- Step 1 In a bowl, add urad dal batter, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper and give it a good mix.
- Step 2 Heat oil for frying, add small portions of the batter and fry until crisp and golden brown.
- Step 3 Soak the vada in water until soft, then gently squeeze the excess water and place it in a bowl
- Step 4 In a bowl, add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp sugar and whisk until smooth
- Step 5 Pour the Nestlé A+ Curd generously on vada.
- Step 6 Sprinkle 1/8 tsp red chilli powder and 1/8 tsp jeera powder
- Step 7 Garnish with 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 8 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
