Dahi vada is a traditional Indian recipe filled with the goodness of curd and besan. A healthy yet tasty meal option for your child to munch on.
In a bowl, add black urad dal paste, 1 tsp jeera, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper powder and mix.
Heat oil for frying, put small portions of dough in oil and fry till golden brown
Soak the wada in water for 5 min and queeze out excess water.
In a bowl, add 1/3 cup Curd, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp sugar and whisk.
Pour the curd on soaked wada
Add 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1 tsp coriander leaves on top.
