2.0 Tbsp(30.0 gm) Urad Dal
2.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Jeera
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Black Pepper
0.13 Tsp(0.22 gm) Jeera Powder
0.13 Powder Tsp(0.27 gm) Red Chilly
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Sugar
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt
2.0 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil

  • In a bowl, add black urad dal paste, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper and mix.

  • Heat oil for frying, put small portions of dough in oil and fry till golden brown.

  • Soak the vada in water for 5 min and squeeze out excess water.

  • In a bowl, add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp sugar and whisk.

  • Pour the Nestlé A+ Curd on soaked vada.

  • Add 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp jeera powder, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves on top.
