  • In a small bowl, marinate 50 gms of chicken with 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1/4 tsp green chilli paste

  • Take a kadhai and heat 2 tsp oil.

  • To that add 1.5 tbsp chopped onion and saute till translucent.

  • Then add the marinated chicken and saute well.

  • To the chicken mixture, add 1 cup methi leaves and mix well.

  • When the volume of methi reduces, add 1/4 tsp salt and water.

  • Cook till the water evaporates.

  • Serve hot.
