Steps
- Step 1 In a small bowl, marinate 100 gms of chicken with 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1/4 tsp green chilli pasteTake a kadhai and heat 2 tsp oil
- Step 2 To that add 1
- Step 3 5 tbsp chopped onion and saute till translucent
- Step 4 Then add the marinated chicken and saute well
- Step 5 To the chicken mixture, add 1 cup methi leaves and mix well
- Step 6 When the volume of methi reduces, add 1/4 tsp salt and water
- Step 7 Cook till the water evaporates
- Step 8 Serve hot
