Dahi Methi Murgh Recipe

2.0 Tbsp(29.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
1.0 Chopped Cup(51.0 gm) Methi Leaves
2.0 Chopped Tbsp(12.0 gm) Onion
1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2.0 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
10.0 Ml(10.0 ml) Water
  • In a small bowl, marinate 100 gms of chicken with 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1/4 tsp green chilli paste

  • Take a kadhai and heat 2 tsp oil.

  • To that add 1.5 tbsp chopped onion and saute till translucent.

  • Then add the marinated chicken and saute well.

  • To the chicken mixture, add 1 cup methi leaves and mix well.

  • When the volume of methi reduces, add 1/4 tsp salt and water.

  • Cook till the water evaporates.

  • Serve hot.
