A chicken curry with Fenugreek leaves (methi) is a hearty and healthy dish filled with protein, calcium and fiber is just perfect for a quick dinner dish.
In a small bowl, mix well and marinate 50 gms of chicken with 2 tbsp curd, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1/4th tsp green chilli paste
Take a kadhai and heat 2 tsp oil.
To that add 1.5 tbsp chopped onion and saute till translucent.
Then add the marinated chicken and saute well.
To the chicken mixture, add 1 cup methi leaves and mix well.
When the volume of methi reduces, add 1/4th tsp salt and water.
Cook till the water evaporates.
