Dahi Koshimbir (Tomato, Onion, Cucumber Raita) Recipe

Koshimbir is a typical Maharashtrian salad served as an accompaniment to the main dish. Easy to make and cool for the tummy.

1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Cucumber (Chopped)

1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Tomato (Chopped)

1 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion (Chopped)
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(0.46 gm) Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(0.36 gm) Peanuts (Powder)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera Powder
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.55 gm) Sugar

1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
  • Take a mixing bowl pour in 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp chopped cucumber, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1/8th tsp sugar, 1 tsp powdered peanuts, ½ tsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Making sure all the ingredients are mixed evenly, transfer to a serving bowl.

  • Serve cold.
