Dahi ke kebab is melt in mouth kebabs from North Indian Cuisine. A veg kebab recipe which is easy and quick to prepare, making it a perfect evening snack.
Take a mixing bowl add 1/2 cup hung curd, 2 tbsp besan, 1 tbsp oats, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1/8th tsp salt and 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
Mix properly with a spoon.
Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, make circular sized kebabs and keep aside.
Heat 1.5 tsp oil on a low flame in a frying pan.
Coat the kebabs with 1.5 tbsp of breadcrumbs.
Shallow fry the kebabs on both sides till crispy and golden brown.
Serve hot with condiments.
