- Step 1 In a bowl add hung Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tbsp besan, 1 tbsp oats, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp salt and 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 2 Mix everything properly
- Step 3 Shape into evensized kebabs and keep aside.
- Step 4 Heat a pan with 1.5 tsp oil over low flame
- Step 5 Coat the kebabs with 1.5 tbsp breadcrumbs.
- Step 6 Roast the kebabs on both sides till crispy and golden brown.
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 8 Serve hot
