Curd Gram Flour Cutlet Recipe

Dahi ke kebab is melt in mouth kebabs from North Indian Cuisine. A veg kebab recipe which is easy and quick to prepare, making it a perfect evening snack.

1.5 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Bread Crumbs

1 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Oats Flour

1/2 Cup(121.0 gm) Curd
ingredients
1 Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves (Chopped)

1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.36 gm) Black Pepper Powder
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt

1.5 Tsp(5.0 ml) Oil
  • Take a mixing bowl add 1/2 cup hung curd, 2 tbsp besan, 1 tbsp oats, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1/8th tsp salt and 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Mix properly with a spoon.

  • Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, make circular sized kebabs and keep aside.

  • Heat 1.5 tsp oil on a low flame in a frying pan.

  • Coat the kebabs with 1.5 tbsp of breadcrumbs.

  • Shallow fry the kebabs on both sides till crispy and golden brown.

  • Serve hot with condiments.
