Prepreparation
- Step 1 Soak 1 tbsp green gram dal.
- Step 2 Grind it coarsely
- Step 3 Make sweet chutney by grinding 1/8 cup chopped dates, 1/8 tbsp tamarind, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp chaat masala, 1/2 tbsp jaggery powder, 1/8 tsp salt into a smooth chutney.

For Stuffing
- Step 1 In a mixing bowl, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp saunf, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp salt, coarsely ground dal and 1/2 tsp dry mango powder. Mix well and keep aside.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding muskmelon seeds.

For Dough
- Step 1 In a mixing bowl add 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp suji, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tsp oil and a little water to knead the dough.

For Kachori
- Step 1 Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll out small balls of it.
- Step 2 Roll it, fill in the stuffing and seal it.
- Step 3 Heat oil for frying and deep fry till golden brown.
- Step 4 Flatten the fried kachoris, place it in a serving dish, top it with 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tsp dates imli chutney, 2 tsp sev and 1 tbsp pomegranate, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 5 Serve fresh and crispy.
