Protein packed, energy dense fried kachori, served with curd and chutneys are a well known chaat option loved by all.
Soak 1 tbsp green gram dal.
Grind it coarsely
In a mixing bowl, add 1 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/4th tsp saunf, 1/8th tsp hing, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp salt, coarsely ground dal and 1/2 tsp dry mango powder. Mix well and keep aside.
In a mixing bowl add 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp suji, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp oil and a little water to knead the dough.
Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll out small balls of it.
Roll it, fill in the stuffing and seal it.
Heat oil for frying and deep fry till golden brown.
Flatten the fried kachoris, place it in a serving dish, top it with 1 tbsp curd, 2 tsp dates imli chutney, 2 tsp sev and 1 tbsp pomegranate.
Serve fresh and crispy.
