Super light, yummy and comfort meal to fill your gut. The good bacteria in curd aids in digestion and soothe sthe gut. A very easy peasy snack made in just few minutes.
Grease idli mould with 1 tsp oil.
Pour idli batter.
Cover with lid and steam till cooked.
For dahi idli
In a bowl add mini idli, add 2 tbsp curd, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/8th tsp red chilly powder, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
In a pan add 1.5 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp rai, 1/4th tsp jeera and 2 kadi pata.
Add dahi idli mixture into the pan and mix well.
