  • In a kadhai, heat 1 tsp oil.

  • To that, add 1 tbsp chopped garlic and 50 g chicken. Sauté well.

  • Once sautéed, add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 cup beaten Nestlé A+ Curd and mix well.

  • Finally add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, cover and cook well.

  • Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
