1/4 Cup(55.0 gm) Potato (Boiled Mashed)
1/8 Cup(30.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
6 No.(26.0 gm) Papdi
1 Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
2 Tsp(4.0 gm) Sev
1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Tamarind Pulp
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli (Chopped)
1/8 Tsp(0.27 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)
2 No.(14.0 gm) Dates
1/4 Tsp(0.48 gm) Chaat Masala
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
  • Arrange 6 papdi on plate

  • Add Boil mashed potatoes on top of each papdi.

  • Add some green chutney, dates Imli chutney. Sprinkle salt, red chilly powder, chaat masala,sev, Nestlé A+ Curd, again some sev, and coriander leaves.
