An all time favorite of all are chaats, easily available, yummy to taste. Crispy moist flavorful chaat made with the goodness of curd topped with mashed potatoes and Indian chutneys make a complete snack option.

  • Prepreparation

    Boil and mash 3 tbsp potato.

  • Make mint chutney.

  • Make dates imli chutney.

  • Preparation

    Make a hole in the 6 puris.

  • Add 3 tbsp boiled and mashed potato, 3 tbsp curd, 1/8th tsp red chilly powder, 1/8th tsp dry mango powder.

  • Add the mint coriander chutney, dates imli chutney.

  • Put 1 tsp sev on the puri.

  • Sprinkle 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Serve.
