For Tamarind Chutney
- Step 1 In a pan, add 1 tsp tamarind pulp, 1 tsp paggery Powder, 1/4 tsp salt and water. Stir and boil till it thickens.

For Dabeli Stuffing
- Step 1 In a pan, add 1/2 tsp oil, 1/2 cup boiled potato, 1 tbsp dabeli masala, mix well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding paneer.
- Step 3 Add little water and stir well, cook on a medium flame for 23 min.

For Paratha
- Step 1 Add 1/3 cup wheat flour, 1/4 tsp salt, water as required and knead well.
- Step 2 Roll out into a round shape and add stuffing, seal the edges and roll again into a round paratha.
- Step 3 Roast on a heated tava with 1 tsp ghee.
- Step 4 Take the cooked paratha and spread sweet tamarind chutney on one half of the paratha, spread 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp masala peanut, and fold the paratha.
- Step 5 Serve.
