For Dabeli Mixture
- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp hing, 1 tbsp dabeli masala, 1/2 cup boiled and mashed potatoes, 1 tsp jaggery powder, 1 tsp tamarind pulp and1/8 tsp salt for taste
- Step 2 Mix everything and cook until all spices combine well
- Step 3 Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle twist by adding grated coconut
- Step 5 Set the mixture aside

For Cheela
- Step 1 In a jar, add the soaked moong dal, green chilli, 1 tsp chopped ginger, and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 2 Pour in a little water and grind to a smooth and thick batter
- Step 3 Heat a nonstick tawa, pour a ladle of batter and roast using ghee
- Step 4 Add a spoonful of dabeli mixture, top it with chopped onions and masala peanuts
- Step 5 Cook until crisp and fold the cheela
- Step 6 Cut into pieces and serve hot with dates tamarind chutney and coriander chutney
