Steps
- Step 1 For dabeli stuffingIn a pan, add 1/2 tsp oil, 1/2 cup boiled potato, 2 tsp dabeli masala, mix well
- Step 2 Add water and stir well, cook on medium flame for 23 min
- Step 3 For fillingTake pav, slit it horizontally
- Step 4 Spread 1 tsp sweet tamarind chutney, 1/2 cup stuffing, 4 tsp chopped onion, 2 tsp masala peanut, 2 tsp anar seeds in between the two halves
- Step 5 Repeat the step of topping
- Step 6 For roastingHeat pan, add 2 tsp butter, place stuffed dabeli
- Step 7 Roast it on both sides till crispy
