For dabeli stuffing
In a pan, add 1/2 tsp oil, 1/2 cup boiled potato, 2 tsp dabeli masala, mix well.
Add water and stir well, cook on medium flame for 23 min.
Take pav, slit it horizontally.
Spread 1 tsp sweet tamarind chutney, 1/2 cup stuffing, 4 tsp chopped onion, 2 tsp masala peanut, 2 tsp anar seeds in between the two halves.
Repeat the step of topping.
Heat pan, add 2 tsp butter, place stuffed dabeli.
Roast it on both sides till crispy.
