Tips on how to make dabeli

  • If you do not have dabeli powder, you can use pav bhaji masala
  • You can make dabelis with ladi pavs, burger buns or even dinner rolls
  • For the best texture, mash the potatoes well and get rid of any lumps
  • Cook the dabeli chutney till it reaches the pourable consistency. If it is too thin, it will make the bread soggy. If it is too thick, the taste will be overwhelming
