1.0 Cup(123.0 gm) Besan
1.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Cashewnut
1/4 Powder Cup(36.0 gm) Sugar
1.0 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Ghee
Take a mixing bowl, add roasted besan, 1/4 cup powdered sugar, 1 tbsp ghee and 1 tsp chopped kaju.
Mix properly using your hand.
Making sure all the ingredients are distributed evenly, take in hand and shape them into ladoos.
Put them in a serving platter and garnish with sliced almonds or raisins.
Serve at room temperature.
