Daaber Ghol (Tender Coconut Lassi) Recipe

The traditional lassi is given a twist with the addition of coconut flavours, resulting in a filling, refreshing Daaber Ghol beverage.

0.75 Cup(155.0 ml) Coconut Water
1/4 Cup(60.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
1/4 Grated Cup(20.0 gm) Fresh Coconut
1/2 Chopped Tsp(0.38 gm) Pudina
2.0 Tsp(9.0 gm) Sugar
  • In a blender add 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4 cup grated coconut,2 tsp sugar,1/2 tsp chopped pudina and 3/4th cup coconut water.

  • Blend it to smooth consistency.

  • Serve it chilled.
