Custard With Soy Milk Recipe

1/2 Cup(104.0 ml) Soy Milk
2.0 Tsp(5.0 gm) Custard Powder
2.0 Tsp(9.0 gm) Sugar
10.0 Ml(10.0 ml) Water
  • Heat 1/2 Cup soy milk in a pan, 2 tsp sugar

  • In another bowl take 2 tsp custard powder and add little water to make a lump free smooth mix.

  • Slowly add the mixture into the milk & stir continuously. Boil for 2 minutes.

  • Remove the custard into a serving bowl, allow it to cool and stir well.

  • Chill and serve.
