Heat 1/2 Cup soy milk in a pan, 2 tsp sugar
In another bowl take 2 tsp custard powder and add little water to make a lump free smooth mix.
Slowly add the mixture into the milk & stir continuously. Boil for 2 minutes.
Remove the custard into a serving bowl, allow it to cool and stir well.
Chill and serve.
