CUSTARD Recipe

The most common dessert made in every home, Custard is a classic favourite of both the young and the old. This protein rich dessert can be further enriched by adding seasonal fruits to add on to its nutritional value.

1/2 Glass(102.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
2 Tsp(5.0 gm) Custard Powder
2 Tsp(9.0 gm) Sugar
As Required(10.0 ml) Water
  • In a kadhai boil 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, when it starts simmering, add 2 tsp sugar and dissolve.

  • Make a slurry of 2 tsp custard powder by adding water to it.

  • Add the custard slurry to the Nestlé A+ Milk stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

  • When custard starts thickening switch off the heat and allow it to cool, Once it comes to room temperature transfer to the fridge.

  • Serve chilled.
