Curry Leaves Rice Recipe

  • Prepreparation,

  • Wash and cook 3 tbsp rice and keep aside.

  • For the rice,

  • In a nonstick kadhai, heat 1 tbsp oil.

  • Add 1/2 tsp rai, 1 tbsp black urad dal, 1 tbsp red gram dal, 1 tbsp bengal gram dal, 5 kadi patta, 1 tbsp cashew nuts and cooked rice. Mix well.

  • Then add 1 tbsp curry leaves powder, 1 tsp black pepper powder and 1/4th tsp salt.

  • Mix and cook well

  • Serve hot.
