Steps
- Step 1
Add 1/3 cup wheat flour, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp sesame seeds, 1 tsp curry leaves powder, 1 tsp chopped curry leaves, water and knead the dough
- Step 2
Roll a mediumsized dough ball into a round paratha using a rolling pin.
- Step 3
Roast on a heated pan, brushing on some coconut oil with sesame seeds on both sides.
- Step 4
Serve hot and coat with watermelon seeds on top for a nutritional twist.
