- Step 1 In a bowl add 2 tbsp barley flour, 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tsp chopped curry leaves, salt for taste and mix well
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 3 Knead into a soft dough using water as required and 1/2 tsp oil
- Step 4 Cover and rest the dough
- Step 5 Divide into equal parts and roll each evenly
- Step 6 Heat a tawa, place the chapati and roast until light brown
- Step 7 Serve hot with sabzi or curry
