2.0 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Rice
2.0 Tbsp(29.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
1/4 Tsp(0.95 gm) Urad Dal
5.0 Number(0.55 gm) Kadi Patta
1.0 Number(0.75 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(0.93 gm) Rai
1.0 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
75.0 Ml(75.0 ml) Water
  • In a small bowl, add cooked rice and 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd and keep aside.

  • For Tempering

    Take a kadhai and heat 1 tsp oil.

  • Add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp black urad dal, 1 red chilli, 5 kadi patta and saute well.

  • Pour tadka over the Nestlé A+ Curd rice and mix well.

  • Nestlé A+ Curd rice is ready to serve.
