For Roasting Mixture
- Step 1 In a pan heat 1/2 tsp oil, add 1/8 tsp cumin seed,1/8 tsp mustard seed,1/8 tsp green chili paste,1/2 tsp grated garlic, kadi patta,1/2 tbsp chopped walnut and saute it till brown.

For Raita
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd,1/8 tsp black pepper powder,1/4 tsp chaat masala,1/8 tsp salt,1 tbsp chopped cucumber, roasted mixture and whisk it well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 3 Garnish with 1 tsp chopped parsley and serve.
