Cucumber Tomato Raita With Cow Milk Curd Recipe

A simple raita with all season veggies - cucumber an tomato. An excellent side dish to parathas or biryani.

2 Tbsp(25.0 gm) Tomato (Chopped)
2 Tbsp(38.0 gm) Cucumber (Grated)
4 Tbsp(57.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli (Chopped)
1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera Powder
1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
  • In a bowl add 4 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tbsp grated cucumber, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well.

  • Add 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli and mix well.

  • Serve with paratha.
