Cucumber Sprouts Raita Recipe

1.5 Tbsp(28.0 gm) Cucumber (Grated)

2 Tbsp(28.0 gm) Whole Moong

1/4 Cup(60.0 gm) Curd
ingredients
3 No.(0.33 gm) Kadi Patta
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.36 gm) Black Pepper(Powder)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.53 gm) Dry Mango Powder
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil
  • In a bowl beat 1/4th cup curd till smooth.

  • Add 1.5 tbsp grated cucumber, 2 tbsp sprouted moong, 1/4th tsp dry mango powder, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1/8th tsp salt and mix well.

  • For tadka

    Heat 1/2 tsp oil, add 1/4th tsp jeera, 4 kadi patta, allow to crackle.

  • Add it into raita.

  • Chill and serve.
