Sprouts is a super healthy addition to your daily meals. Super-healthy raita packed with protein from sprouts and hydrating veggie cucumber. This delicious, quick and easy to prepare raita can perk up any ordinary meal and make it healthier.
In a bowl beat 1/4th cup curd till smooth.
Add 1.5 tbsp grated cucumber, 2 tbsp sprouted moong, 1/4th tsp dry mango powder, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1/8th tsp salt and mix well.
Heat 1/2 tsp oil, add 1/4th tsp jeera, 4 kadi patta, allow to crackle.
Add it into raita.
Chill and serve.
