For Soaking(40.0 ml) Water
  • In a bowl beat 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd till smooth.

  • Add 1.5 tbsp grated cucumber, sprouted whole moong, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well.

  • For Tadka

    Heat 1/2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 3 kadi patta, allow to crackle.

  • Add it into raita.

  • Chill and serve.
