- Step 1 In a blender add 1/2 cup diced cucumber, 2 tbsp coconut milk, 2 garlic pods, 1/2 tsp olive oil, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp grated lemon zest, 1/4 tsp salt and 2 ice cubes.
- Step 2 Blend the ingredients to a smooth puree.
- Step 3 Transfer soup to a serving bowl
- Step 4 Top it with 1 tsp chopped tomato, 1 tsp chopped onion and whole moong sprouts
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves
- Step 6 Serve cold.
