1/4 Cup(60.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
2.0 Grated Tbsp(38.0 gm) Cucumber
1/8 Chopped Cup(6.0 gm) Palak
2.0 Tbsp(21.0 gm) Sweet Corn
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Alsi
1/4 Tsp(0.3 gm) Mixed Herbs
  • Prepreparation

    Blanch and puree 1/8th cup spinach.

  • Blanch 2 tbsp sweet corn. Keep aside.

  • For raita

    In a bowl of 1/4th cup Nestlé A+ Curd add 1/8th cup palak puree, 2 tbsp grated cucumber, 2 tbsp sweet corn, 1/4th tsp mixed herbs, 1/2 tsp alsi and mix well.

  • Serve raita with any dish.
