Steps
- Step 1
Prepreparation
Blanch and puree 1/8th cup spinach.
- Step 2
Blanch 2 tbsp sweet corn. Keep aside.
- Step 3
For raita
In a bowl of 1/4th cup Nestlé A+ Curd add 1/8th cup palak puree, 2 tbsp grated cucumber, 2 tbsp sweet corn, 1/4th tsp mixed herbs, 1/2 tsp alsi and mix well.
- Step 4
Serve raita with any dish.
