- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2 tbsp suji, 1 tbsp rice flour, 2 tbsp grated cucumber, 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 2 kadi patta, 1/4 tsp salt, water as required and mix well to a smooth, thick batter.
- Step 2 Heat pan, add 1/2 tsp oil, pour a ladle of batter and spread evenly.
- Step 3 Add 1/2 tsp oil and roast till it crisps.
- Step 4 Serve hot.
