Cucumber Rava Dosa Recipe

2.0 Grated Tbsp(38.0 gm) Cucumber
2.0 Tbsp(20.0 gm) Suji
1.0 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Rice Flour
1/2 Chopped Tsp(0.46 gm) Coriander Leaves
2.0 Number(0.22 gm) Kadi Patta
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
45.0 Ml(45.0 ml) Water
  • For mixture In a bowl, add 2 tbsp suji, 1 tbsp rice flour, 2 tbsp grated cucumber, 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 2 no. curry leaves, 1/4th tsp salt, mix it well.

    Then add water, mix it again.

  • Add white sesame seeds (Nutritional Twist), mix well.

  • For roasting Heat pan, add 1 tsp oil, pour mixture on it & spread, add 1 tsp oil on it, flip on another side & roast evenly.

    Serve hot.
