Soy curd is an excellent source of iron, calcium and protein. Blend it with summer cool hydrating cucumber and enjoy it with parathas.
2 Tbsp(38.0 gm) Cucumber(Grated)
5 Tbsp(71.0 gm) Soy Curd
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
In a bowl add 5 tbsp soy curd, 2 tbsp grated cucumber , 1/8th tsp salt and mix well.
Serve with paratha.
