Cucumber Raita in Soya Curd Recipe

Soy curd is an excellent source of iron, calcium and protein. Blend it with summer cool hydrating cucumber and enjoy it with parathas.

Nutritional info

2 Tbsp(38.0 gm) Cucumber(Grated)
5 Tbsp(71.0 gm) Soy Curd
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
  • In a bowl add 5 tbsp soy curd, 2 tbsp grated cucumber , 1/8th tsp salt and mix well.

  • Serve with paratha.
