Cucumber Raita Recipe

A summer cool bowl made from curd, cucumber and salt. A perfect bowl to soothe your gut and maintain the water and electrolyte balance in body. Curd with it's probiotic property helps in digestion of food. Include a bowl of this raita in your meals.

3 Tbsp(56.0 gm) Cucumber(Grated)
4 Tbsp(57.0 gm) Curd
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
  • In a bowl add 4 tbsp curd, 3 tbsp grated cucumber and 1/8th tsp salt, mix well.

  • Serve with paratha.
