A summer cool bowl made from curd, cucumber and salt. A perfect bowl to soothe your gut and maintain the water and electrolyte balance in body. Curd with it's probiotic property helps in digestion of food. Include a bowl of this raita in your meals.
In a bowl add 4 tbsp curd, 3 tbsp grated cucumber and 1/8th tsp salt, mix well.
Serve with paratha.
