1/2 Medium(27.0 gm) Cucumber
3/4 Grated Tbsp(4.0 gm) Fresh Coconut
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1/2 Tsp(4.0 gm) Coconut Oil
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
0.1 Powder Tsp(0.3 gm) Black Pepper
0.1 Tsp(0.24 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1 Small(6.0 gm) Shallots
1/4 Chopped Tsp(0.54 gm) Ginger
1/4 Cup(51.0 gm) Quinoa
  • In a grinder add soaked quinoa, 3 tbsp chopped cucumber, 1/8 green chili paste, 1/4 tsp chopped ginger, 1 no. shallot, 2 tsp grated coconut, 1/10 tsp turmeric powder, 1/10 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp cumin seeds, 1/4 tsp salt and grind it in a smooth paste.

  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and pour spoonful quinoa batter.

  • Spread the batter and roast it till crispy.

  • Serve hot.
