- Step 1 In a grinder add soaked quinoa, 3 tbsp chopped cucumber, 1/8 tsp green chili paste, 1/4 tsp chopped ginger, 1 shallot, 2 tsp grated fresh coconut, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp salt, a pinch of haldi and black pepper powder.
- Step 2 Grind to a smooth batter.
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves
- Step 4 Heat a non stick tava with coconut oil, pour a ladle of quinoa batter.
- Step 5 Spread the batter thinly and roast until crispy.
- Step 6 Serve warm with chutney
