Cucumber Pesto Bites Recipe

A healthy snack option, the basil, and garlic in the pesto provide requisite antioxidants and also regulates blood pressure. The cucumber promotes hydration and many nutrients as well.

  • To make the pesto, in a blender jar add 2 tbsp of chopped basil leaves.

  • To this, add 2 tsp olive oil, 1/4th tsp salt, and 1 tsp each of lemon juice, chopped garlic, and chopped walnut.

  • Blend all the ingredients well.

  • On a platter, place the cucumber slice and spread the pesto evenly.

  • Cucumber pesto bites are ready to serve.
