1/2 Cup(125.0 ml) Water
1/4 Diced Cup(38.0 gm) Cucumber
2 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Sugar
1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Dry Ginger
  • In a pan, add 2 tbsp sugar, water and bring it to a boil.

  • Add 1/4th cup diced cucumber and let it simmer.

  • Now, add 1 tsp dry ginger powder and mix well.
